Proposal Opportunity
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in developing high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
\Key Responsibilities\- \
- Collaborate with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.\
- Drive proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.\
- Lead and facilitate bid workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans.\
- Highlight the company's strengths and challenge bid teams to develop compelling proposals.\
- Work across the project lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities.\
- \
- 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services or construction industries.\
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization.\
- A proactive, organized, and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate.\
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.\

- Location: Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, or any regional offices.\
- Employment type: Full-time or Part-time.\
