As a Senior Proposal Developer, you will play a key role in supporting our Sydney office in the preparation of tenders and fee proposals. Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and keen eye for detail will enable you to excel in this position.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing effective and compelling content for bids, proposals, and submissions. You will also contribute to the development of case studies, CVs, and baseline content, as well as compile and collate fee proposals and tenders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality content that showcases our expertise and meets client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support proposal development
  • Assist in planning, preparing, and project managing publications to maximise brand promotion
