We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development of high-quality proposals that position our organization for success.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies and win themes for major sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying proposals and providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Managing internal proposal compliance requirements.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary project teams and evaluating requirements.
  • Drafting and editing compelling proposal content and ensuring win themes are clearly articulated.
  • Reviewing contractual terms and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Coordinating proposal pricing and profitability reviews.
  • Leading proposal response reviews and approvals.
  • Supporting post-submission activities such as clarifications and contract negotiation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate experience in bid management in a services environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a diverse team to develop quality tender responses.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
