Job Position: Proposals Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to support the development and submission of high-quality proposals in our Pre-Contracts Team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment of client requirements and the creation of compliance matrices
- Coordinate proposal activities and prepare schedules and responses according to company policies and standards
- Lead client communications distribution through our Document Management System
- Create and maintain tendering resources and provide support to the Pre-Contracts Team as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven project administration experience with a focus on proposal development
- Sound PC skills with advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Sound interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication
- Previous experience preparing proposals/tender submissions in a construction environment
