About D4C is a consortium of industry leading Tier 1 organisations. We are helping our client to deliver a program providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region.
Job OverviewThe Proposals Coordinator is responsible for the management of proposal planning, development, review and submission, ensuring that proposals are submitted on time, complete and at the required quality.
Key Responsibilities- Receipt, review and management of Requests for Quotation.
- Informing relevant stakeholders and liaising with technical and commercial teams for development of proposal deliverables.
- Managing and updating database of proposal records.
- Tracking and documenting proposal progression through the process.
- Submission of RFI's, Submission and clarification responses.
- Implement systems and processes to ensure proposals are complete, and at the required standard.
- Scheduling and chairing relevant meetings (Kick Offs, Progress Meeting and Reviews etc).
- Preparation of meeting agendas, meeting minutes and distribution of conclusion of meeting.
- Implement standardised approach to RFQ response development.
- Coordinate review process to ensure review process procedures are followed and documented.
- 5 or more years' experience in similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of bid function.
- Experience in Infrastructure projects.
