We are seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating proposal development activities across infrastructure, engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and review tender opportunities in relevant sectors
  • Coordinate inputs from technical teams to develop clear and persuasive proposals
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Translate complex technical information into compelling client-focused content
  • Review submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS, CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools

The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal development, bid coordination or tender management, with a background in infrastructure, engineering or construction. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organisation and time management skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in proposal development, bid coordination or tender management
  • Background in infrastructure, engineering or construction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of tendering processes, compliance frameworks and industry standards
