About your role
Your position entails the strategic oversight of Cabsure Insurance sales (CTP, General insurance and other products) and its administration to support fleet growth, revenue generation, and returns. You will also be responsible for managing Insurance-related matters with Operators and external customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction to drive commercial outcomes.
- Maximise the Cabsure customer value proposition to ensure 13cabs is the preferred network partner.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer service experience.
- Consistent implementation of workflow processes and expectations.
- Proactive management and integration of new products, systems, and services.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure systems and processes are developed and continually optimised for efficiency.
- Maintenance of accurate records and documentation.
- Ensuring Insurance/Cabsure meets 13cabs standards, policies and procedures, and Regulatory requirements (SIRA).
- Compliance with legal requirements and regulatory changes.
- Effective management of breaches and non-compliance matters with minimal negative impact.
- Effective communication and reinforcement of safety and quality policies and procedures.
About you
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Tertiary qualification in business, Insurance management or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Insurance sales and management or related field.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to see issues from new perspectives, and display wisdom and business acumen.
- Goal-setting, planning, and anticipating obstacles.
