About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Executive to join our team at Convera Holdings, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities within the SME and Corporate sectors. This will involve attending industry networking events, independently handling leads through the sales process, and working closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initial prospecting activities to identify and engage new prospects
  • Attend industry networking events to establish relationships with key decision-makers
  • Maintain and develop knowledge across specific industries or regions as a subject matter expert
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience of 4+ years
  • Prior exposure to the Foreign Exchange (FX) industry
  • Understanding of consultative sales principles and executive-level negotiations
  • Ability to work autonomously in developing new business growth
