Client Relationship Management

As a Regional Sales and Development Executive at Guidepoint Global, LLC, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach with new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on conducting outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunities. You will partner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings with new prospects, set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities, and manage client feedback calls. You will also meet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead generation efforts. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunities.
  2. Partner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings with new prospects, set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities, and manage client feedback calls.
  3. Meet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead generation efforts.
  4. Assist in the development of marketing materials and client presentations.
  5. Develop a working knowledge of the primary research methods, the competitor landscape, and the institutional investment industry investment process and investment strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A recognised Bachelor's degree.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. A broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
  4. Excellent communication skills capable of handling high-profile clients across different industry sectors.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere that is both fast-paced as well as results-oriented.
  6. Desire to work in a sales/lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven.
