Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization based in Sydney. They take pride in delivering top-notch, bespoke solutions and services to their clients. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join their team.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales within a Research Institute, CRO, or Clinical Trial Solutions company is essential.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you have a solid understanding of Clinical Trials.
  3. Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work effectively with service providers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  4. Relationship Building: Experience and connections within pharmaceutical companies, Clinical Research Organisations, and universities are highly advantageous.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate and close deals.
  6. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to the USA and Europe.
Role Overview:

In this role, you will manage existing accounts and introduce new business opportunities. You will liaise with vendors, third-party suppliers, and partners to ensure the highest level of service delivery. Our client provides comprehensive storage and distribution solutions, secondary packaging and labelling for a wide range of products, including blood, biologicals, and controlled substances. As they plan to expand into primary packaging and establish a new facility in the USA, you will play a crucial role in driving their growth.
