
Culinary Operations Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to join our team as a key member of the kitchen brigade.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to discerning guests, working collaboratively with chefs and service teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality food across all menus, functions, and outlets, ensuring recipes, portion control, and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Prepare and garnish a wide variety of dishes including sauces, soups, hot meals, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty items.
- Monitor food quality, storage, and hygiene practices, maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment in line with WH&S standards.
- Manage food requisitions and stock levels in accordance with operational needs.
- Protect and maintain kitchen equipment, complete tasks efficiently, and attend scheduled meetings.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hotel environment with strong food product and recipe knowledge.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, portion control, and WH&S guidelines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
