We are seeking a visionary culinary leader to spearhead the culinary direction of two distinctive kitchens within our newly built, high-profile venue. This rare opportunity will allow you to shape the unique culinary identities of both spaces and deliver unforgettable dining experiences to locals and visitors alike.
About Our VenueLocated in Fremantle, our venue offers breathtaking panoramic views, immersive dining experiences, and a vibrant atmosphere that seamlessly blends coastal and industrial heritage. As Executive Chef, you will lead and mentor two high-performing kitchen teams, driving innovation and consistency while collaborating with venue leadership to achieve exceptional results across both levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee menus for Cherub Hall and The Loft, ensuring each reflects its unique concept and audience
- Lead, inspire, and manage two dynamic kitchen teams
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues
- Manage kitchen operations, staff development, and supplier relationships
- Champion food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking
- Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
