The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring two kitchen teams, driving innovation and consistency across both venues. They will collaborate with venue leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences that showcase local produce and community spirit.

Your Role

As Culinary Visionary Leader, you will:

  • Develop and oversee menus for Cherub Hall and The Loft, ensuring each reflects its unique concept and audience
  • Lead, inspire, and manage two high-performing kitchen teams
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues
  • Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and supplier relationships
  • Champion food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking
  • Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
