We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to spearhead the culinary direction of two kitchens at a brand-new waterfront venue.

Your Key Responsibilities
As Executive Chef, you will lead and mentor two high-performing kitchen teams, drive innovation and consistency, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop menus for both venues, ensuring each reflects its unique concept and audience.
- Lead, inspire, and manage two kitchen teams.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across both venues.
- Manage kitchen operations, supplier relationships, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with a flair for wood-fired cooking.
- Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
