The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As the main point of contact between our customers and Service Technicians, you will oversee the coordination of new and used machine sale preparation jobs and used equipment refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with and coordinate Service Technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient job completion.
- Finalize work costs and invoices for service work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize final work orders to be sent to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers and/or representatives at the service counter, providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in the smooth running and efficient outcomes of the department, contributing to the company's success.
- Oversee the completion of all used equipment refurbishment jobs in accordance with established procedures, ensuring quality and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automotive or Engineering industry. You will also have a varied skillset, excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
