The role of Senior Business Development Professional is a critical position within our sales organization, responsible for driving revenue growth by selling strategic business outcomes to long-term, high-growth engagements. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, including pipeline development and management.
- Handle strategic accounts and relationships across the team, building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence, identifying new business opportunities and converting them into leads.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within designated market sectors, delivering results-driven solutions to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achievement against targets and metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a drive for results.
- Credibility internally and with customers, built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and expertise.
