Claims Resolution Specialist

Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving disputes related to claims decisions, providing independent and unbiased views.
You will work closely with customers to manage expectations, deliver on commitments, and provide clear responses on Zurich's position. Your comprehensive understanding of life insurance claims handling practices and processes will be essential in resolving customer complaints and repairing damaged customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve disputes related to claims decisions
- Provide independent and unbiased views
- Work closely with customers to manage expectations and deliver on commitments
- Prepare written responses to claims complaints
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to provide appropriate resolution of customer disputes
Requirements:
- Advanced level of customer service and complaint resolution skills
- Comprehensive understanding of life insurance claims handling practices and processes
- Strong knowledge of RG271 principles, the Insurance Contracts Act, and relevant regulations
