About the Role

As a Professional Claims Resolution Specialist, you'll be responsible for investigating and evaluating claims, determining policy coverage, and negotiating with third-party insurers. Your primary objective will be to resolve claims quickly and fairly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with our team to assess liability, evaluate recovery potential, and develop effective negotiation strategies. Your expertise in insurance contracts and regulatory authorities will be invaluable in ensuring compliance and achieving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine policy coverage and liability
  • Negotiate with third-party insurers to secure favorable outcomes
  • Assess recovery potential and develop effective negotiation strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of liability files and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve excellent customer service and claim resolution rates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of [Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum] depending on location and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and third-party insurers
  • Experience in debt collection, paralegal, or insurance claims, with a solid understanding of insurance contracts and regulatory authorities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
