Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager and Senior Legal Entity Lead to own the end-to-end statutory reporting, audit process, and controllership for countries including Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Bangladesh, and Cambodia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading annual financial statement preparation and audits across the region.
  • Reviewing local GAAP financial reporting close.
  • Supporting business expansion across the region.
  • Evaluating, documenting, and working with regional and US accounting teams to conclude on the local GAAP accounting for significant business events.
  • Driving continuous improvement and identifying, designing, and implementing scalable processes.
  • Developing and implementing best practices that can be used globally.
  • Identifying, articulating, and communicating project and accounting operation risks to leadership, along with clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or CPA and 7+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience. Additionally, they should have 5+ years of controllership or compliance experience, as well as 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in their team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
