About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Statutory Reporting at The Coca-Cola Company's Finance Hub, you will be responsible for spearheading best-in-class compliance and driving the evolution of statutory reporting. Your expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and leveraging technology to standardize processes will make a significant impact within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a regional team of Statutory Center of Excellence Controllers (Stat Controllers) and manage the audit process for that region, including planning timelines and tracking compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest statutory reporting rules and requirements applicable to legal entities worldwide.
  • Take global ownership of local generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) impairment processes for investments, trademarks, and other tangible or intangible assets.
  • Collaborate and communicate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders from various levels of our organizational hierarchy.
  • Drive the standardization and simplification of data gathering, preparation, and audit execution processes using the most up-to-date technology and controls.
  • Monitor data quality, ensuring consistency of information output for statutory reporting and business consumption in partnership with various teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance with a geographical work scope involving financial and/or management accounting areas.
  • MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS/Local GAAP as the discipline basis for statutory reporting.
  • General knowledge of regulatory environments.
  • Understanding of financial and/or information tools and systems.
  • Relevant involvement in significant change projects and initiatives.
  • Virtual management across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
  • Operational excellence mindset.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
