The Australian Federal Police is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects or programs.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, procurement, public works submissions, construction and commissioning phases of major capital projects and programs.

  • Initiate, plan, implement and finalise complex projects within time, budget, scope, resourcing constraints and stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of accommodation solutions, principles, standards and policies.
  • Manage risk, scope, time cost and quality across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Support and provide input into internal and external funding bids, business cases and high-level reporting.
About the Role

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives.

Key Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship at the time of application.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Commonwealth procurement policies and legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering major capital works projects and programs.
