Senior Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with expertise in managing dispersed teams and promoting win-win outcomes. Your pivotal role will be ensuring excellence at a senior level across multiple sectors, including National Security, Defence, and Government & Critical National Infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership to a growing team based on expertise in a given area
  • Offering Subject Matter Expertise across the portfolio
  • Managing high-risk group dynamics, conflicts, and concerns to promote effective collaboration
  • Ensuring safety, security, and technical assurance of Program Management, Consultancy, and/or Service Delivery
  • Developing and tracking performance metrics to achieve targets

You will also be required to possess:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • A deep understanding of Sales/Commercial Management to achieve successful outcomes
  • 10+ years relevant industry and leadership experience
