Senior Project Coordinator Role

This key position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in project coordination, leadership of risk management, performance reporting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead programs and grants that support sustainable infrastructure development across the Indo-Pacific region.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for leading performance and quality reporting requirements for the branch, as well as coordinating risk management processes.
  • Strong collaboration is expected with senior staff members to effectively support international engagement on infrastructure projects.
  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders is necessary to drive global engagement on infrastructure initiatives, particularly with other members of CDRI, PRIF, and BDN.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in international development and/or experience within the Australian Government sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and motivated to work within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
