The role of a Senior Infrastructure Manager is critical to the success of our bridges and structures network. As a key leader within our team, this position will oversee the day-to-day operation of our infrastructure assets, ensuring that established processes are followed by our contractors when working on the network.

Key responsibilities include undertaking design reviews for departures from bridges standards, providing input to regulatory documents, and asset management planning documents. The position will also develop and maintain productive relationships with regulatory authorities and the contractors responsible for undertaking bridge operation and maintenance works.

This senior leadership role requires a person who can inspire, energise, and positively influence team and individual outcomes. The role is responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating a team and providing appropriate support and guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant knowledge of building and infrastructure projects, as well as experience in project and contract management. A relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management would be highly desirable.
