You will build strong, trusted relationships with them, provide thoughtful support for their enquiries, and reconnect with past exhibitors and lapsed members to highlight the value of rejoining our community.

You will also collaborate with our team to create positive experiences that strengthen loyalty, foster collaboration, and bring the industry closer together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with members and industry partners
  • Provide solutions-focused support for member enquiries
  • Reconnect with past exhibitors and lapsed members
  • Nurture connections with prospective members
  • Collect and share member feedback
  • Drive membership renewals, onboarding, and engagement
