Industrial Relations and Employee Relations Professional

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and support ER/IR strategy, case management, development and endorsement of key policies and enterprise agreement implementation across a diverse workforce.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a related field, and relevant experience in an ER/IR-focused role, ideally in a complex, blue-collar environment.
The successful applicant will possess a deep understanding of Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and EA negotiation frameworks.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading enterprise bargaining negotiations and managing enterprise agreement compliance
- Providing expert advice on ER/IR issues including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work legislation to support business operations
- Building manager capability through coaching, training, and policy development
- Representing the organization in Fair Work and other industrial forums as required
