Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to join our team. This role will provide professional industrial relations advice and services across our local health district.

This position is responsible for supporting the employee experience of our workforce, contributing towards the development of people-centric initiatives, and enhancing cultural practices within our organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing authoritative advice on employment law, industrial relations, and human resources management;
  • Maintaining credible relationships with stakeholders across the business;
  • Supporting effective employee relations practices and contributing to enhanced cultural development;
  • Working independently with limited direction, managing targets and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail;

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in managing industrial relations in a complex and diverse organisation.

They will demonstrate high-level written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs.
