Expert Industrial Relations Advisor
We are seeking an experienced industrial relations professional to join our team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide pivotal expert advice and services across the state.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on industrial relations systems and policies impacting public health
- Develop and implement major industrial relations projects under pressure and high workloads
- Collaborate with staff to encourage a holistic approach to HR/IR/Equity/safety and associated services
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff and management teams
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in complex industrial relations environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads
