We are seeking a skilled Theatre Booking Coordinator to join our team at Healthscope. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre lists.

You will be responsible for managing enquiries with a friendly and professional manner, handling administrative tasks such as theatre bookings and maintenance of theatre lists, and providing support to clinical staff with indirect patient care and administrative tasks.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Handling enquires with a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing clerical and administrative responsibilities such as theatre bookings and maintenance of theatre lists
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient information data collection and inputting into webPAS (web based patient administration system)
  • Assisting and supporting clinical staff with indirect patient care and administrative tasks
