Our client, a rapidly growing social media company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their Melbourne team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Australia and New Zealand.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Nurture and expand existing relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in online or digital sales
  • Proactive, flexible, and sales-driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
