
Guest Services Experience Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to enhance our hotel's Front Office operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay.
About the Role:- Deliver outstanding guest service and create a memorable experience for every guest.
- Represent the hotel as an ambassador, promoting our brand over the phone, by email and in person.
- Make recommendations on the hotel and local area to elevate the guest's stay.
- Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints and follow up/report as required.
- You have success in a similar role with exposure to hotel Front Office reception and reservations work.
- You excel at delivering exceptional guest service and enjoy helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload.
- You possess an acute eye for detail and excellent administrative skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
- You can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively.
- You are committed to flexibility, including working mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
- You have a positive mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.
