Job Title:

Guest Experience Leader

The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with experience in managing the front desk operations of a hotel or resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
  • Manage room inventory, rate strategies, and distribution systems to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales, front office, and revenue teams to align strategies and drive performance.
  • Monitor and respond to guest inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold luxury standards and service principles.
  • Analyze booking trends, prepare reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office leadership.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems, and booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for guest service and a commitment to luxury standards.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
