The Front Office Manager is the pivotal figure responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our esteemed resort.
With a passion for customer satisfaction, this individual will lead their team to excel in maintaining the highest operational standards and ensuring seamless guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing an outstanding welcoming experience by demonstrating unwavering commitment to service excellence.
- Ensuring guests feel at home with a warm and welcoming presence.
- Maintaining open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
- Guiding and supporting the team in providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolving and responding to guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts and assisting with daily reporting.
- Effectively managing team rosters to meet business needs.
- Supporting Hotel Management with recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience as a supervisor within a hospitality environment.
- Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- Understanding of trust accounting principles.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, proactive customer service.

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
