Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Leader

Our organization is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our food and beverage teams, focusing on delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding teams to achieve excellent service standards.

  • Identify and ensure that guests' needs, wants, and expectations are met across both the Restaurant and Banqueting spaces.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments including Kitchen, Front Office, and Conference & Events to guarantee a positive guest experience.
  • Assist across all services including Lounge Bar, Banquets, in-room dining, and poolside service.
  • Adhere to the Sequence of Service processes and event order details.
  • Support guests in making restaurant arrangements and catering to dietary needs.
  • Utilize all opportunities to promote specials and hotel facilities.
About This Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 12 months of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably within a 4-5 star hotel environment. Strong commitment to customer service, leadership, and ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
