Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience to our guests
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct tours of the centre/facility and provide relevant information to prospective members
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
We are looking for someone with a strong sales and customer service background, who is able to build rapport and positive relationships with people. You will have experience in working in a team to achieve collective and individual targets, and possess strong communication skills.
You will also have a passion for customer experience and be able to communicate with a diverse range of guests. If you are a team player who is able to work independently and in a team environment, we want to hear from you.
About the PerksAs a staff member of Belgravia Leisure, you will also have access to all the leisure facilities in Moonee Valley, including Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Queenspark Swimming Pool.

About the Qualifications- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) & CPR
