
Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
This role supports the full spectrum of employee experience, with a strong focus on engagement, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance support.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging
- Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences
- Partner with leadership to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-ins
- Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support and guide managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
