Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

This role supports the full spectrum of employee experience, with a strong focus on engagement, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging
  • Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences
  • Partner with leadership to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-ins
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support and guide managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements
Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment.

Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
