HR Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated HR Coordinator who can hit the ground running. This role reports to the HR Manager and collaborates with global HR teams to shape the HR experience for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process & support talent acquisition
  • Manage HR staff onboarding and off boarding
  • Prepare employment contracts for new staff, change of term letters & other letters
  • Maintain employee records including training documents and ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Generate reports for general HR activity
  • Maintain diligence with relevant legislation
  • Contribute to the review and development of HR policies
  • Respond to general staff queries
  • Partner with leaders of current and future businesses
  • Assist with payroll and liaison
  • Support larger HR projects (i.e. system integration)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Five to ten years' experience in a similar HR role
  • Experience in payroll management desired
  • A passion for HR & administration
  • An interest in staying current with the latest human resources trends and best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to form productive working relationships with employees/ stakeholders

  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
