Employee Experience Specialist

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to partner with leaders to drive workforce success in a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. You will work collaboratively to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall well-being.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR professional to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract due to a team member secondment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering real impact across the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent acquisition to learning, performance, and employee relations.

You will bring practical advice, coaching, and insights to help our people and teams thrive. As a valued member of the People, Culture and Safety (PCS) team, you will contribute to bringing our PCS strategy to life, supporting the corporation's goals and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee experience strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with leaders to deliver HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their career development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Extensive HR generalist experience, ideally within both blue- and white-collar, unionised environments
  • Strong background in complex, multi-disciplinary organisations
