
Strategic Partnership Manager

This role involves establishing strategic partnerships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) organizations to drive business growth for AvePoint. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for revenue expansion, and implementing effective account management strategies to meet business objectives.
">">Responsibilities- Identify and develop relationships with MSP partners to drive increased revenue for AvePoint through the identification of new business opportunities and the implementation of effective account management strategies.
- Establish oneself as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account management inquiries and performance concerns, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the MSP market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Model exceptional partner account management that delivers sales and service excellence, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
- Proven track record of success in launching and building relationships with MSP partners within the Microsoft/Cloud Software ecosystem, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Ability to exceed business development and booking goals, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in managing end-to-end partner enablement plans, including business development and technical product training/knowledge transfer, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and value propositions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business cases that drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
