Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system of 45 schools serving approximately 18,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. Our expansive geographical area includes the Central Coast, Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore.
Salary: A competitive salary is on offer for this role.
Job Overview
The Records Officer will provide administrative support in sorting and preparing documentation for scanning to digital form. The role will be based at our Central Office at Pennant Hills with occasional travel to schools across the Diocese.
This is a temporary part-time position working two days a week until the end of 2024, with potential to extend into 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of documents for scanning and digitization
- Sort and manage archival files in a safe manner
- Collate, order, and remove staples/paperclips from paper files
- Create electronic manifests using Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Experience in administrative work an advantage
- A keen eye for detail and ability to deliver accurate written and verbal communications
- Energised by working in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptive and responsive to change, prioritising work as it arises
- Able to manage competing priorities and sensitivities of others
- Valid Working With Children Check and current NSW Driver's Licence required
