Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Endeavour Group. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with legal and business stakeholders, managing administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.
  • As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with our legal and business partners, providing proactive assistance that supports our mission of creating a more sociable future.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring and triaging our legal inbox, assisting with contract administration, coordinating diaries and arranging meetings for our leadership team, booking travel for our leadership team, taking meeting notes, and managing legal matters in our system, Xakia.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a law firm, in-house legal team, or other professional services environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Intermediate to advanced tech literacy across Microsoft or Google Suite.
