About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Liaison to join our energetic team based in Keysborough, Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while enjoying a workplace that values camaraderie, growth, and achievement.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess:

  • A background in the RTO sector, with experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO)
  • Strong organisational skills, including handling outbound and inbound calls, as well as email inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve time-sensitive outcomes
  • Ability to work with Salesforce or Vet Track, with a strong understanding of relevant admissions practices, policies, and regulatory requirements
