Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Flexhive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating communications between clients, contractors, and staff to ensure our services meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily interactions, quotations, queries, and work orders between FES customers and technicians.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and meeting reporting requirements set by clients.
- Perform administrative tasks, including reporting, non-programmed visits, and updates to the customer portal.
- Maintain the FES database, ensuring accurate information entry into Firecode, while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in the development and improvement of FES and Firecode processes.
- Strive to exceed both internal and external customer expectations and reporting timelines.
- Develop a solid understanding of Fire Protection Regulations and essential safety measures, applying this knowledge to customer queries.
- Foster strong relationships with FES customers, staff, technicians, and contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and intermediate computer skills.
- Knowledge of the fire industry and Essential Services Legislation is advantageous.
