Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities

  • Deploy software updates across the organisation
  • Monitor system health using enterprise-wide platforms
Required Skills
  • Motivation to learn and a solid grounding in IT support
  • Experience in server, desktop, and Active Directory administration
  • Understanding of Windows AD, DNS/DHCP, networking, storage, and backup
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint, VMware, and Cisco hardware
