IT Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and solutions to internal users. The successful candidate will be based in our Sydney office, working 5 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting desktop computers, applications, networking problems, communication devices and video conferencing software. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot PC related issues via phone, onsite and using administration tools.
  • Manage incident tickets effectively.
  • Provide recommendations on hardware replacements and program changes to correct software issues.
  • Report technical errors or escalations to specialist teams or management.
  • Install client software, package hardware, kit PCs and perform image cloning.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar IT support role in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, Cisco, ITIL and Apple products.
  • Ability to support video conferencing across Zoom, Teams and Webex.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
