Technical Support Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

You will provide expert-level technical support for a leading SaaS/cloud-based platform, troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues from UI rendering and workflow errors to API integration failures, authentication issues, and network performance concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical assistance for a cloud-based platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems
  • Analyse detailed log files to identify root causes and implement fixes to prevent recurrence
  • Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Support integrations across APIs (REST, SOAP), authentication systems (LDAP, SSO, OAuth/OIDC), email infrastructure (Exchange, Office 365, Postfix), and networked services
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in application support within a SaaS or cloud environment
  • Advanced skills with modern front-end frameworks (AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML)
  • Solid SQL knowledge with experience in relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Familiarity with web application stacks and experience troubleshooting in Linux/Unix or Windows Server environments
  • Experience with API integrations, authentication protocols, and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, firewalls, load balancers)
