Customer Success Account Manager

About the Role
The Microsoft Customer Experience & Success organization is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Customer Success Account Manager to join our team in this role.
As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for executing against our Customer Success Contracts and orchestrating cross-functional programs that drive customer value and transformational outcomes. Your primary goal will be to accelerate your career growth, leverage your delivery management capabilities, and deepen your cloud and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Tech Skilling: You will build technical competency to support customer advice, connecting their business goals to Microsoft solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: You will nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution planning, delivery execution, and governance.
- Account Planning: You will partner with account team peers to drive conversations with customers defining and prioritizing strategic alignment between customer objectives and Microsoft goals.
- Opportunity and Pursuit Management: You will bring forward customer insights to sellers supporting them in identifying opportunities.
- Consumption and Delivery Execution: You will lead the delivery of Microsoft solutions taking ownership for team coordination accelerating production level consumption across solution areas to help customers achieve their goals.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management. Alternatively, you can have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of work or internship experience. Prosci or equivalent change management certification and Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent project management certification are also essential.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
