About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Perth, Australia. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors and Heads of Department, to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure that customers have a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth, retention, and expansion of our customer base.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborate with sales teams to pursue these opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, successes, and challenges, and provide regular updates to management on customer health and status.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software company.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, or stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
