Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Seequent. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they are getting the most out of our subsurface software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals
- Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical solutions and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
