About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Perth, Australia. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving growth and adoption of our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving growth and adoption of products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing customer success plans to drive growth and adoption of our products;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue; and
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales);
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer success, account management, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving growth and adoption of products;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer-facing tools;
  • Ability to travel regularly, as required.
